NGO Domovik is inviting qualified individual consultants or consulting companies to apply for a consultancy assignment aimed at strengthening municipal planning for child rights and youth empowerment in 11 municipalities populated with non-majority communities.

The assignment is part of the project “Strengthening Civil Society in Municipalities Populated with Non-majority Communities in Kosovo”, implemented by Domovik in partnership with the Women’s Inclusion Center, with the support of the European Union Office in Kosovo.

Interested candidates can find detailed information regarding the scope of work, expected deliverables, required qualifications and application procedure in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The assignment is expected to be implemented from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
