21st Century Skills for 21st Century Leaders

21st Century Skills for 21st Century Leaders is the name of the programme which is being implemented by Domovik with the support of UNICEF.

The focus of the project is working with young people and adolescents, i.e. their empowerment and raising their capacities in the field of social entrepreneurship, advocacy skills, critical thinking and media literacy. Special emphasis will be placed on skills development in adolescents and young people coming from sensitive social groups.

Furthermore, we are organizing youth programs in which adolescents and young people from municipalities in northern Kosovo will have the opportunity to implement projects beneficial to the community in which they live, advocate for the solution of a particular social challenge and acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about working in the media through paid short-term internships in media houses.

In addition to youth programmes, we will promote the importance of volunteerism and activism among young people.
